Who are we?

We are VAIBS. An ambitious and energetic company based in Ermelo that helps organisations turn information from video images into actionable data. We do this by making every (existing) IP camera smart using Video AI Analytics. What does your work as a support engineer look like?

Managing complex video management environments is not unknown to you. That is why we trust you to manage and (remotely) implement Vaidio at our customers’ premises. You have work experience (or the affinity and desire to acquire the knowledge) with networking, routing and video management systems. As a support engineer, your duties will include:

• (Remote) support our customers in implementations of the Vaidio platform.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support.
• Monitoring, analysing and resolving security challenges.
• Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems, application software and tools.
• Creation of product manuals.
• Testing new products/systems & innovative business.

Who are you?

• You have the ambition to want to help build a growing company.
• HBO-niveau gewenst (door opleiding of ervaring) in de richting ICT.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
• You have knowledge in relevant IT environments based on Linux (or the affinity and will to acquire the knowledge).
• You are familiar with networking; routers and switches.
