No. During the development phase, Vaidio uses AI techniques such as CNN and Transformer models. Once a version is put into production and goes live, the system is not self-learning. This ensures that data from public environments – where no permission has been given for use in AI training – is not used for further model development. Metadata generated during live use is not automatically shared or used to further train Vaidio.
Privacy
Find out how we develop and deploy Vaidio according to applicable laws and regulations.
In a world that is changing at lightning speed and where new (AI) technologies are emerging every day, it is essential to handle laws and regulations carefully. At VAIBS, we ensure that our solutions are always in line with applicable standards.
Compliancy as a standard
Within high security, compliancy with AVG/GDPR, the European AI Act and similar laws and regulations is a no-brainer. Collaboration with partners that guarantee this compliancy is therefore important. As VAIBS, we therefore strive to follow globally recognised standards with our Vaidio platform.
Ethical datasets
When developing the Vaidio platform, we work with our own ethical datasets. These are approved datasets, trained by our own staff. When Vaidio runs live on location as an application, the platform will no longer collect metadata for training purposes. In addition, the platform will no longer be self-learning, in accordance with the European AI Act.
