Highlights VAIDIO 5.4 Release

AI-Analytics is developing at a tremendous pace and the VAIDIO platform is in the lead group in terms of developments which is also confirmed by various international studies of which many labeled the VAIDIO platform as the most comprehensive and accurate.

There is always a healthy field of tension between AI-Analytics and AVG/GDPR. With the VAIDIO release 5.4, this tension should be a thing of the past. Numerous functions have been added in this release, so that companies working with Video AI Analytics can fully comply with the AVG/GDPR legislation. For example, it is now possible to activate privacy protection in the system settings of the VAIDIO platform. With this setting, all detected persons and/or faces will be blurred and video playback will be significantly restricted. In short, the following functions are changed to fully ensure privacy of individuals.

• Blurred detail pages
• Blurred thumbnails
• Blurred thumbnails in data that can be exported
• No live viewing
• No video download capability
• No video playback

If desired, it can be set that only certain people have access to the unblurred face database.

AVG/GDPR is important, but in addition to privacy protection improvements, numerous other innovations have been implemented in release 5.4, allowing our AI Analytics platform to be used even more broadly and add more value:

• Development of a framework for integration with external sensors (3rd party
• Improvement in rights and authorization options
• Improvement in the storage configuration of the AI Model
• Emotion detection
• Occularis and Cognyte NVR integrated (now 22 NVR brands!)
• Nvidia driver upgrade available
• Improved landscape view in the Vaidio App available
