VAIBS Image Analytics: the smart filter for the control room
With the holiday season just around the corner, we at VAIBS would like to take a moment to thank you warmly for your trust and cooperation over the past year. 2024 was a year full of growth and new opportunities for us, and we look back with enthusiasm on all that we have achieved together.
Behind the scenes, we are proud of our move to Harderwijk. This move not only means more space for us to grow, but also that we can serve our customers even better.
Generative AI is now an integral part of our development process and product. It allows us to develop faster, the product becomes even more accurate and the customer works even more efficiently because of this technique. By being the first to apply this technique, developed in consultation with NVIDIA and others, we are leading the way in the Video AI Analytics market. Expectations are therefore high!
This year we were privileged to enter into a number of new technology partnerships, including significant integrations with new VMS, PSIM and healthcare information systems. This has greatly strengthened our position as a leading provider of Video AI Analytics. Our product Vaidio now integrates with most leading systems, allowing customers to obtain a totally integrated solution.
We also launched a “”Store Control”” concept for the Retail market in excellent partnership. A collaboration with a product that is unique in the retail landscape.
We also had the opportunity to speak at and organise several events this year, where we shared knowledge and experiences with peers. This not only took us further, but also enriched our vision for the future.
Of course, we were again at the successful Safety & Security trade fair in Den Bosch last year. But also present, together with partner Gold-IP, at the Zorg & ICT in the Jaarbeurs and at the Expo Disaster Response, Incident Management & Crisis Management 2024 (eRIC) at Twenthe Airport, where we were part of Control Room Square. Furthermore, together with our healthcare partner IQ Messenger, we were able to organise a wonderful event in Slot Loevestein for Healthcare.
This year, we also had the opportunity to organise a number of webinars. We are immensely grateful for the great enthusiasm we had each time. To keep these webinars interesting, the input of a number of valued partners is indispensable. This year, these included Nenova and vhp Human Performance. Also next year, we will be committed to providing an interesting and varied offering in this area.
What can we expect from VAIBS in 2025? We are looking with great enthusiasm at the developments ahead of us. Our focus is on further developing innovative solutions for safety, security and operations. Within these areas, we are currently hard at work on major developments in the field of behavioural detection. Think of violence and theft detection. The next step in Video AI Analytics, in which Generative AI plays a major role.
By 2025, we will also be active outside the BeNeLux. We are currently busy rolling out those international plans. Furthermore, we will of course once again be active by organising various events and also attending trade fairs in both the Netherlands and Belgium and beyond. We sincerely hope to meet you there or elsewhere to look ahead together at what the future holds for us together.
On behalf of the entire VAIBS team, we wish you a warm, merry Christmas and a prosperous 2025. We look forward to a fruitful cooperation in the new year and hope for many more great moments together.
Sincerely,
Kasper van Kekem
